Fulton Street, Macquarie

A residential knock-down rebuild incorporating two separate dwellings (each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) that reflect environmental sustainable design and compact living. The entire build met expectations regarding effective use of materials and effective solar heating and passive cooling, including custom-built internal structural core-filled concrete walls.
