Huddart Court, Mitchell

An internal and external demolition of a previous business occupancy and preparation for a new commercial fit-out according to the client’s proposed floor plan. We demolished internal walls and interconnecting rooms and bathrooms, whilst retaining the integral building structure. We also coordinated all trades, building owners, tenants and the landlord to plan and deliver the refurbishment.
