Who we are
With roots as a qualified carpenter, Boundless Construction Director, Steve Monahan has been delivering residential and commercial construction projects in Canberra for over 25 years.
Over this time, Steve has accumulated invaluable industry knowledge, experience and relationships. He has a large network of positive, productive connections, including with a number of Canberra’s most recognised architects.
Under Steve’s leadership, the Boundless team displays strong work ethic and good nature, paired with demonstrated capacity. We deliver the best for clients, while respecting important design principles and navigating the practicalities of construction in rapidly-changing times.
We collaborate with clients, architects and designers to deliver a broad range of construction projects including new homes, alterations and additions to existing dwellings and commercial construction and refurbishment projects.
Our work encompasses a range of client concepts, from family living and adaptable spaces, compact dwellings, environmentally sustainable homes and homes designed with timelessness in mind.

With your brief in mind, we form a quote detailing scope and costs.

We draw up a contract with detailed costings, project timeframes and specifications, terms and conditions, insurances and licences.

We assess every site to prioritise safety and compliance, ensuring a thorough site clearance process.

We start building, refurbishing and landscaping, giving shape to your vision.

In preparation for handover, we focus on the final stages, including walk-throughs with clients and trades to identify any outstanding tasks and ensure all details are meeting your expectations.

We finalise works on-site and prepare handover documents such as Certificates of Occupancy and as-built drawings.
